dark:tag is an extremely flexible laser tag game. It is similar in functionality and game play to Quasar, LaserQuest, Megazone, Darklight (UK), Q-Sar (USA). Players may be in teams or individually and move around an arena firing what looks like laser beams at each other to score points. In fact, the laser is just for show and targeting, the game is acheived with infra-red beams, exactly like your TV remote control. Each player wears a vest and carries a laser gun which contain electronics to run the game.


There are many more aspects to the game which vary between arenas. Most have team bases, smoke, flashing lights, loud music and themed scenery to make the whole experience more fun.
